Mangifera Indica is a 30 page exploration into the many ways you can interpret a mango. I broke down its anatomy, showed its use in dishes from around the world, and explored my own personal interpretations through memory and collage. This was the first zine I made and began my exploration into focusing on color, texture and subject matter from my culture, like my favorite fruit from Dominican Republic.
